Furniture Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are made to order and will take 6-10 weeks either from when we receive your order or your fabric. We do have some floor samples on sale that are available for quick ship and are ready to ship out in 3-5 business days.

What types of delivery service do you offer?

Our standard shipping includes home delivery to room of your choice and debris removal for orders of more than 2 chairs. Orders under 2 chairs will be delivered via FedEx Ground Home Delivery to your door.

Can I schedule my delivery date?

If you would like to schedule a specific delivery date. Please email us at help@dowel.furniture within 24 hours of placing your order if your order was for a Quick Ship item and anytime before we receive your fabric if you are using your own fabric. We will give you a call once your chairs are ready to ship to set up delivery at a date that is convenient for you.

Can you deliver on weekends and nights?

Unfortunately, we are working with a delivery company that has normal working hours just like the rest of us and they will be making deliveries during that time frame. If none of the delivery times work for you, please reach out to us at help@dowel.furniture and we will figure something out.

Will everything in my order be delivered together?

Your entire order will arrive in one trip.

Do you ship internationally outside of the US?

We would love to get to this point some day but for now we do not ship internationally outside of the United States. We also do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.


Return Policy

Dowel Furniture has a 30 day return policy. What does that include?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your chair. We work extremely hard to make sure that you love your selection but if you are not, for whatever reason, we will take it back if a return is requested within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both Quick Ship Items and Items using Dowel's In Stock Fabric Options but excludes Items that you sent us fabric for. We do not take returns for items using your own fabric.

We will refund you 100% in merchandise credit or money back, whichever you prefer. Return shipping is free if you request the return within 30 days of delivery.

How do I schedule a return?

Please email help@dowel.furniture with your order number and we will schedule a pickup that includes someone that will come to your home to repackage the item.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the item back in our warehouse
